Reports and Analysis
Parago has a reporting section that allows the user to report on all aspects of the data within the account.
The main report types are:
- Assets reports provide a record of your current ICT infrastructure complete with all asset details you have entered such as asset IDs, serial numbers, warranty and lease details.
They are split into three further categories as below:
- General – Asset List, Computers, White Boards, Peripherals
- Networking – Network Long, Network Short
- Non-IT Assets Report
- Software licence reports provide a means of tracking the number of installed copies of each piece of software for comparison with your licenced entitlement
They are split into two further categories as below:
- General – List of Software
- Licences – Licence Report

Reports are configurable so that you only view the data that you require. Reports can either be viewed in your web browser, printed out or exported to CSV format, useful if you need to put the data in a spreadsheet or database, for example for an audit.
